Supervision Program
Solutions to the Puzzle offers supervision to individuals that are aspiring to become BCBAs and work full time with the company. Our program includes an approved BACB course sequence with a well-rounded supervision experience, support from our clinical director and supervising BCBA, and paid RBT position.
Requirements for supervision Program:
- Enrollment in a BACB approved ABA Graduate or Certification Program
- Passed RBT examination or in the progress of meeting RBT certification requirements
BCBA Fellowship Program
Solutions to the Puzzle, offers a program geared to new BCBAs that have just passed the exam. We believe that learning is an ongoing progress and have developed a program that will help new BCBAs learn the role of a BCBA by shadowing a current BCBA. During this program BCBAs will learn the following:
- How to run assessments and develop a treatment plan based on an individual’s scores.
- How to develop goals and objectives based on assessment scores.
- How to conduct supervision for RBTs and behavior therapists.
- How to implement behavioral skills training with caregivers during parent training.
Our fellowship program is offered to any new BCBA that joins our growing company.
Requirements BCBA Fellowship Program:
- Master’s Degree or Certification from an approved BACB Program
- BCBA Certification
